Find below the checklist to follow for every board meetings.

Before

• Discuss date for next meeting with the board members (e.g. by setting up a Doodle)
• Draft the meeting agenda and send it around when communicating the date of the meeting
  
  • Have a look at what was discussed during previous meetings
  • Check that the tasks defined during previous meetings were done, otherwise write a reminder
• Ask VIS to reserve a room (use the #vorstand-notifications channel)
  
• Invite the Götti

During

• Pick someone to take notes during the meeting
• Mediate the discussion
• Move on to next topic if the discussion got stalled

After

• Upload the minutes on the sinology drive
  • Respect the naming convention (vis-ccbb-year-month-day.pdf)
• Write down important deadlines in your calendar
