• Ask Götti to reserve a room (in the case of in person meetings).
• Write agenda and send it around before the meeting.
• Pick someone to take notes during the meeting.
• Upload the minutes on the sinology drive. Respect the naming convention (vis-ccbb-year-month-day.pdf).
• Write down important deadlines in your calendar.
