The VIS MV (Mitgliederversammlung or general assembly) happens at the begining of each semester. This is the occasion for every committee belonging to VIS to discuss their budget for the coming year and give feedback about their achievement since the last meeting. The CCBB president has to attend the meeting, any CCBB board member is welcome join. Please go through the following steps to prepare yourself for the MV.

• Answer the pole asking if you stay as member of the committe or not (stay.vis.ethz.ch)
• If you're leaving, make sure to indicate your successor
• Make sure every board member answered, you can check who did here
• Report any change you'd like to make of the budget
• Write down a small report of the events the CCBB organised since last meeting (it can be as simple as a few bullet points)
• Send the report to the VIS president
• Attend the meeting!
