The VIS MV (Mitgliederversammlung or general assembly) happens at the begining of each semester. This is the occasion for every committee belonging to VIS to discuss their budget for the coming year and give feedback about their achievement since the last meeting. The CCBB president has to attend the meeting, any CCBB board member is welcome join. Please go through the following steps to prepare yourself for the MV.
Before the general assembly:
- Fill out the committee activity report as requested in the Slack channel #kommpraesis
- Report any change you'd like to make of the budget
- Make sure to (re)confirm your committee membership on members.vis.ethz.ch
- send a reminder to the CCBB chat and to the most recent two years of CBB students if they're interested in joining
- Leaving presidents should make sure to indicate (co-)successor(s).
During the general assembly:
- Answer any questions regarding the CCBB budget or activity report.
- Explain, if necessary / if someone asks, the purpose of CBB UK/DK and the topics you discuss there
After the general assembly:
- Organize the meeting date, time and location asap.
- Set a date for the committee dinner
- Start brainstorming ideas for events in this semester.
